Returns Policy on Stock Items
Customer may return stock items to Infresco within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You must return items in new and unused condition with all original materials included with the product. We inspect all returned items and award a partial refund for opened or damaged products.
Purchaser must initiate the return within 30 days of delivery. We must receive your returned items at our processing facility at Unit 1, 32 Howson Way Bibra Lake 6163 WA within 45 days of delivery (see product specific return policies for exceptions). You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner, however, we estimate four weeks due to the combination of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), product inspection at our returns facility (up to 5 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days). Your refund will be issued in the form of the payment used to make your purchase. We will notify you via email with the details of your refund.
Non Stock, Special Orders and Customised Products
Customised products are non refundable. Non stock and special orders are either not returnable, or may be returned with a 25% restocking charge, depending upon the nature of the product. Infresco is a reseller for a number of leading manufacturers, who impose a non-refundable policy. While we will always be your advocate and attempt to return such products, it may be impossible for us to force a return on a manufacturer on your behalf.In some cases, products must be returned directly to the specific manufacturer of the product, and NOT to our facilities. If you inadvertently return a product to us, you may incur charges for shipping back to the manufacturer. Please consult Infresco personnel for help with returns for these products.
Products which are not sanitary (including but not limited to products used for plumbing or some construction and infrastructure maintenance trades) are not eligible for return or refund.
Incorrect or Faulty Products
If the return is a result of the full error made by Infresco, we will replace the product including shipping charges. If we are unable to provide a replacement of the intended product, we will refund the cost of the merchandise subject to the terms and conditions listed herein. All faulty products must be subject to the warranty terms and condition process.
Infresco Return Procedure
All returns must be approved via the service department agent. There are no exceptions to this requirement. Request the service department agent by contacting the Customer Service department on 1300 004 003. We will make every effort to respond to your request within 2 business days.
